You can also send photos, short videos and PDFs. Ask about a menu, a recognizable landmark or your excursion confirmation.

Write in Spanish if you prefer. The assistant can answer in Spanish.

What works without internet?

Your saved plan, downloaded PDF and downloaded voice notes remain available offline. New questions and replies need internet.

Open the PDF and play voice notes once while connected. Check your phone plan’s Bahamas coverage before you sail.

Is there a separate ShoreDay app?

ShoreDay app premium access for the Whatsapp purchaser is coming soon.

Your chat plan does not automatically transfer into the app. You can use the concierge without installing the separate app.

What happens after my port day?

Included help runs through the end of your Nassau port day.

Our concierge AI reads your photos, videos and voice notes to answer, and doesn’t save them. Like any WhatsApp business chat, the conversation (including what you send) is kept in our support inbox so we can help you, and on your phone.
